Iñaki Fernández

Hi!! I am Iñaki, co-founder of COCO together with my friend and business partner Jaume. I am a building engineer and I have been working in construction industry since I was 18 years old, touching different stages: draftsman, building site supervisor, head of contractors, project manager and director. I believe in an exhaustive definition of a project; I like to have everything under control.

I am in charge of technical direction of building execution, I issue technical analysis and expert’s reports, define planning and calculations, feasibility analysis, etc. I also provide industry consultancy and despite being very busy, I am a fan of life-long learning.

Jaume Más

Hi! I am Jaume, co-founder of COCO together with Iñaki. I am an industrial engineer. After finishing my studies in Barcelona and in Lille (France) I started to work at one of the biggest building companies on Mallorca. Some years later, I decided to take a break for a life experience and I travelled around the world during one year with two friends, being Iñaki one of them. When we came back home to Mallorca, we started COCO, where we have been growing ever since, along with making a team of committed professionals I feel very proud of.

I am in charge of building systems for architectural projects with focus on efficiency and sustainability; I implement cost-effective solutions, energy recovery systems, use of solar energy and I oversee execution and performance.
